Ho ho ho! Did you know that cranberries are a powerful source of antioxidants and bursting full of vitamins? These skin defending berries will do you the world of good whether you decide to eat them this winter or get them on your skin.
My cranberry face mask recipe is a cleansing treat designed to give your skin that holiday glow while softening and protecting even the most fragile of skins. The enzymic action from the natural juice in each cranberry gobbles up dead and dull skin cells to reveal a fresher and brighter complexion. Merry Christmas!
You will need…
- 12 cranberries, squished!
- 2 teaspoons Greek yoghurt (soya yoghurt for vegans)
- 1/4 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kaolin clay
Mix and squish all the ingredients together in a bowl and massage over clean, dry skin. Leave on for 10 minutes, then wash off with warm water and towel pat dry. Use your favourite moisturiser to finish and away you go!
